Our off-grid Family Apartment utilizes all three of our guest rooms, kitchen, private bathroom, and living space located in the private downstairs apartment of our formerly Amish Farmhouse. (We live upstairs in separate quarters.) Unplug and enjoy a taste of the Amish life – without leaving your conveniences like lights, electricity, Wifi, and hot water (without having to boil it yourself like we did when we first arrived). We don’t have a TV, but we do provide some board games. Renova Hot Springs is just a mere 6 miles away if you want to enjoy a rustic experience beside the Jefferson River. We maintain redundant High-Speed Internet with download speeds averaging 100 Mbps so you can stay connected.

The front door entrance for the apartment is shared with us, the hosts, but once you get down the stairs the apartment has its own private entrance. We enjoy the stars so we do not have security lights in the parking areas. There is parking available next to the house for up to 3 vehicles, each tiny home /glamping tent has parking for 1 each. Please notify us if you plan to bring more than 10 vehicles so we can discuss parking options.
